Bowen & Fascial Therapy

This session goes beyond traditional massage by using targeted "strumming" techniques over key muscles and fascia. These movements work directly with your nervous system — not just your muscles — to encourage full-body recalibration.

Rather than constant pressure, Bowen therapy delivers precise input that helps your body resolve pain, reduce tension, improve lymph flow, and restore balance across movement chains.

Reflexive Performance Reset Session (RPR)
